Teachers West 50th Year Anniversary Reunion
May Day Weekend 2025
The club 50th year anniversary and reunion will take place in Townsville on May Day long weekend 2025. Keep and eye on this page for everything you need to know about the celebration! We will update this page every time something is confirmed.
The Events!
Friday 2nd May
Friday evening will start at Warrina Park with junior matches Friday Night starting from 5pm. Food (including from the smoker) and drinks will be available.

The night will also have the Old Dogs 50th Reunion Training Skirmish! Keep an eye out for more details if you would like to have a social run around to re-live the glory days!

Saturday 3rd May
Warrina Park will be the centre of the celebration with a full club home game to enjoy.
​
Enjoy the day, have some food and drinks and cheer on our Bulldogs! After games at Warrina Park, the celebration will continue at the Metropole Hotel.

A commemorative jersey will be worn on the day - the limited edition jersey will be sold (more info to come). Also keep an eye out for merch coming soon!
Sunday 4th May
The official Teachers West 50th Anniversary Reunion Long lunch will take place at the Quayside Terminal in Townsville. The event will kick off at 11:30am.

Tickets are available to purchase for $60. Price includes venue, platters and buffet lunches. Drinks to be sold at on the day. There will be some formalities through the event, along with plenty of times for socialising and photos. The more tickets we get sold earlier, the easier it will be to organise more 'value add' things around the event.
