About the Club

The Teachers West Rugby Union Club was formed in 1975 and based in Townsville, North Queensland. Today, the club now boasts as being one of the largest clubs in Townsville District Rugby Union, the North Queensland region and Queensland Country Rugby scene.

We pride ourself on welcoming anyone interested in playing, coaching or volunteering. This value has lead to us growing into the successful club we are - both on and off the field.
